WASHINGTON (WJLA) — After nine months of questions and anger, a mother finally has some answers in the murder of her daughter, Latroia Smith.
Thursday evening, police arrested a 22-year-old man said to be responsible for the gruesome killing of the 26-year-old.
It was back in November when police found the burned body of Smith in Southeast Washington. She had been sexually assaulted, shot and then set on fire.
